We are a 100% Black-owned and managed enterprise, founded and led by dynamic entrepreneurs with extensive hands-on experience in the construction, transportation, and project management sectors. Our team brings together years of practical expertise.

At Msalela, we are committed to sustainable development by revitalizing buildings in the areas where we operate and contributing to the advancement of local communities. We prioritize training initiatives that empower our staff and address the skills gap in South Africa.

Our efforts include learnerships for previously disadvantaged individuals, a bursary program for technical students, and in-service training opportunities. We also actively support programs like EPWP to further the upliftment and empowerment of communities.
